UTEC "On-Track" Documentary PremierPlease join UTEC for the Premier of the On Track Documentary. On Track features the stories of Sako Long and Ricky Le, who have both overcome gang life and gone on to prevent other kids from falling into gangs through their work at UTEC. UTEC will be hosting the event here at our youth center this coming Monday afternoon. Police Chief Ken Lavallee will be kicking off the event and discussing the preventative measures Lowell is taking in working with kids on gang prevention.
