NEW Artist Live/Work/Sell Space Coming Soon to Downtown Lowell! APPLICATIONS ARE NOW AVAILABLE for artists of all disciplines who are interested in living in the newly constructed Appleton Mills building in Downtown Lowell. Appleton Mills offers high quality live/work/sell space with rents starting at $425/month for studios to approximately $955 for 2 bedroom townhouses. The building is situated in Lowell National Historical Park, just a few minutes walk to public transportation/MBTA commuter rail, restaurants and galleries. A lottery process runs from November 1 - December 31 to become a resident of the building and there is a preference for artists.
