This popular bag is distributed throughout the region, as well as locally, as part of the City's ongoing marketing program. ... Artists, filmmakers, and videographers that live or work in the City of Lowell are invited to create and submit a 15-second promotional spot to be featured as part of the City's new marketing campaign. The winning entry will be featured on the City's website and YouTube channel, and may be re-shot for use in area cinemas/theaters as part of an ad campaign. ...
