| TWO JEWS WALK INTO A WAR... by Seth Rozin BEGINS MARCH 17 The last two surviving Jews in all of Afghanistan attempt to continue their lives and find a purpose amidst the chaos and destruction of their country in Seth Rozin's comedy Two Jews Walk Into A War..., directed by Melia Bensussen, and featuring Jeremiah Kissel and Will LeBow. Inspired by the true story of the last two Jews living in Kabul, Afghanistan, the only thing seeming to bind this small Jewish community together is that they both hate each other's guts. Hysterically funny while at the same time amazingly poignant, this odd couple's bold solution for rebuilding their community not only brings them closer to the essence of their faith, but, quite possibly, to each other. | MRT CHARITY WINE TASTING TONIGHT 6:00pm-8:30pm Tickets Available at the Door The Friends of MRT invite you to join us for a Wine Tasting, with selections by Tutto Bene, at our artist and rehearsal facilities at the Richard K. and Nancy L. Donahue Center at Bagshaw Mills on Tuesday, March 15, 2011, 6:00pm - 8:30pm. Tutto Bene will select their top wines from a collection of 500 Old World and New World favorites. The fundraiser will be hosted at MRT's rehearsal and artist housing facilities, allowing you to go "backstage" while increasing your knowledge of wine in a casual, social environment. | SPECIAL EVENT NIGHTS Pay What You Can Night - March 17 at 7:30PM. Patrons may purchase tickets in cash at the Box Office between 4:30PM-7:30PM and name their ticket price. Following the performance, there will also be a Director's Dialogue, where the director and designers field audience questions and describe how the play was staged.
Lowell Night - March 19 at 8PM. Lowell residents may purchase tickets for $10 at the box office from 5PM-8PM. Proper ID required.
Opening Night - March 20 at 7PM. Audience members are invited to join Merrimack Rep's staff and cast after the show in raising a glass of champagne to celebrate the opening of the production.
Cookie Matinee - March 23 at 2PM. Patrons enjoy complimentary cookies and coffee in the lobby before the show, courtesy of Brew'd Awakening Coffeehaus.
